Guerilla Film Project 2014 Release Form

We, the undersigned film makers (or their legal guardians), submit our film to the Pickford Film center's Guerilla Film Project in accordance with the criteria outline below:

I.) The content of our film is not obscene or pornographic, does not invade privacy rights nor exploit the images of individuals under the age of eighteen (18), or in any other way violate applicable laws and regulations.

II.) We understand that we are solely responsible for securing likeness rights and permissions for all persons that were taped or filmed, including minors, who must have permission granted by their parents or legal guardian.

III.) We hereby grant Pickford Film Center's permission to use our film and our biographical information for advertising or promotional purposes, including, without limitation, the right to publicly display our film on the internet and television, as well as any offline promotional materials for the sole purpose of promoting the mission of Pickford Film Center and its programs.

IV.) We understand all entries may be considered for future exhibition and that the entrants will be notified if this applies to their submission.
